The office centre for a service company is assembled from 96 volumetric steel-frame modules, manufactured in the factory with interior finishes and building services already installed. On site, the work covers foundations, crane installation of the modules, the façade and connection to external utilities.
Technical solutions
- pile and grillage foundations designed for a frost penetration depth of up to 2.2 m;
- 3.0 × 12.0 m modules with reinforced corner posts and bracing;
- ventilated rainscreen façade of fibre-cement panels with 200 mm insulation;
- central supply and extract air handling unit with heat recovery;
- open-plan offices, meeting rooms and an 80-seat conference hall.
Current stage
Three storeys of modules have been installed, and the fourth tier and roof are now being erected. In parallel, façade subframes and lift equipment are being installed on the lower floors. The winter period will be used for interior works within the enclosed envelope.
