The Techno-Module LLP team is organised to deliver a project end to end, with no gaps between design, construction and procurement. Each department is responsible for its own area, while the project manager brings them together into a single process.
Team structure
- Design office — architects, structural engineers, building services engineers and cost estimators. They prepare design and estimate documentation, review third-party designs and carry out designer's supervision.
- On-site engineering and technical staff — site managers and section engineers. They organise the works, control quality, sign off concealed works and maintain as-built documentation.
- Machine and equipment operators — crane operators, excavator operators, dump truck and concrete pump drivers. They work on the company's own fleet.
- Procurement department — responsible for timely delivery of materials and equipment to sites across Kazakhstan.
- Project managers — a single point of contact for the client. They control deadlines, budget and reporting in the client portal.
