The design of a production facility starts with the process: the building must house the equipment, support the flow of raw materials and finished products, keep staff safe and allow for future expansion. Techno-Module designs industrial buildings and structures with a clear view of how they will actually be built. Our experience as a general contractor since 1994 helps us build realistic solutions and estimates into the design from day one.

We pay particular attention to future expansion. The design includes spare capacity in floor area, loads and utility network capacities, so that in a few years a new line can be added or a building extended without reconstructing the whole facility. We also take Kazakhstan's climate into account: snow and wind loads, site seismicity and ground frost depth.
Documentation is issued electronically and on paper, with access through your personal account. This is convenient when several of the client's departments review the design at the same time.
