The calculator on the website will show an approximate price range. An engineer prepares an exact estimate after reviewing your requirements and, if necessary, visiting the site — free of charge. If you are registered, the estimate will appear in your personal account.

The price is fixed in the contract based on the agreed estimate. Changes are only possible if the scope of work changes at your request, and they are formalised in a supplementary agreement before such work begins.

In stages: an advance for materials and mobilisation, then payments against certificates of completed work according to the schedule in the contract. We work with both companies and individuals; organisations pay by bank transfer with VAT.

With a request via the website, your personal account or by phone. A manager will clarify the task, an engineer will visit the site, and then we prepare a commercial proposal, cost estimate and work schedule.

It depends on the project: a steel-frame warehouse takes 4–8 months, a private house 5–9 months, and a multi-storey or public building a year or more. Deadlines and stages are fixed in the contract’s work schedule.

In your personal account you can see the status of your request, the completion percentage, photo reports for each stage, documents and correspondence with your manager. You will receive e-mail notifications about any changes.

We will develop the design ourselves — from the concept sketch to working documentation and state expert review. You can also order design or cost estimates separately from construction.

Certificates of completed work, as-built documentation, certificates for concealed works, and passports and certificates for materials and equipment — everything you need to commission the facility.

Yes, the company has been operating in Kazakhstan since 1994 and holds the necessary licences for design and construction and installation work. A manager will send copies of the documents for a tender or audit on request.

The warranty period is stated in the contract and depends on the type of work and structures. During the warranty period we rectify any defects found at our own expense.

Yes, we deliver projects throughout Kazakhstan: we organise rotational crews and the delivery of machinery and materials. The remoteness of the site is reflected in the estimate.

Choose a machine in the “Equipment” section, mark the dates in the availability calendar and submit a booking. A manager will confirm the dates and cost. All machines come with an experienced operator.
