Together with Techno-Module we delivered a mobile camp project under tight deadlines before the start of the winter season. The structures were delivered to Atyrau Region without delay, and the modules were assembled to a high standard. I would particularly highlight the excellent thermal insulation and the quality of the interior finishing — people are comfortable living and working there. All utilities are connected and run reliably. A very dependable contractor; for workers’ camps and modular buildings we now work with them exclusively.

Project: Design, manufacture and installation of a workers’ camp for 250 people (accommodation units, canteen, first-aid post, administration building)

We commissioned Techno-Module for a full cycle of design and cost-estimating work. The design engineers did an excellent job: they skilfully optimised the estimated cost without compromising the structural design or safety, promptly addressed comments during the approval process and helped us successfully pass the state expert review. Project: Development of design and estimate documentation and expert review for a production complex (6,200 sq m)

We chose Techno-Module as the general contractor for the expansion of our distribution centre in the capital. The work was carried out strictly to schedule, and the steel structures and sandwich panels were installed quickly and to a high standard. The industrial floors with topping are perfectly level, and the warehouse is already filled with equipment and goods. We are completely satisfied and have already signed a contract with them for the second phase of the warehouse construction.

Project: Construction of a warehouse hangar from sandwich panels and steel structures (3,500 sq m)

Techno-Module helped us solve a difficult problem with a shortage of our own heavy equipment. We took 25- and 50-tonne truck cranes on long-term hire, as well as heavy earthmoving machinery. All the machines were well maintained and recent, arrived on site without downtime or breakdowns, and the operators were experienced professionals with all the necessary certifications. The transparent rates and clear paperwork were a pleasant surprise. We plan to work with them on an ongoing basis on all our major projects.

Project: Long-term hire of truck cranes, dump trucks and excavators for a road infrastructure project

We approached the company for a major refurbishment of the premises and a complete replacement of the ventilation and power supply systems. The task was complicated by the fact that some tenants continued to operate. Techno-Module’s crews kept the work clean, carried out noisy and dusty work at agreed hours and handed the project over on time. The quality of the finishing is flawless, and the interiors have been transformed. We are very pleased with the result and recommend them as a responsible contractor!

Project: Major refurbishment and upgrade of utility networks in a 4-storey office building (2,800 sq m)

The Techno-Module team carried out a full package of road construction works: preparing the base, laying an asphalt concrete surface for heavy goods traffic, and installing kerbs and drainage channels. The quality of the pavement was tested by a laboratory, and all compaction factors were within standard. The project was handed over exactly on the planned date. Project: Construction of an asphalt road and landscaping of the adjacent industrial zone area

We brought in Techno-Module’s specialists for the cast-in-situ concrete works and the external masonry walls. The company has an excellent material and technical base and a highly qualified engineering team. Quality was controlled at every stage, and technical supervision accepted each section first time, with no rework. No complaints about deadlines. We see Techno-Module as a long-term strategic partner for our future residential complexes.

Project: Construction and installation works for a 9-storey residential building

We spent a long time choosing a company to build our dream home and settled on Techno-Module. They immediately developed a detailed architectural design and a transparent estimate that did not rise by a single tenge by the end of construction. It was important for us to combine a permanent production workshop with a quick-to-build modular office for staff. Techno-Module handled this turnkey task brilliantly — from pouring foundations and erecting frames to finishing and commissioning. Competent engineers, a modern fleet of their own machinery and full compliance with SNiP building codes. We continue to work with them on maintenance and plan new projects with them alone.
