Techno-Module LLP has been working as a general contractor since 1994. We build industrial, civil and private facilities across Kazakhstan, from the first sketch to commissioning. The client has one contract, one party accountable for the result and a clear works schedule. We handle design, cost estimating, procurement, construction and installation works and technical control ourselves.
Areas of construction
- Industrial construction: workshops, warehouses, plants, hangars, rotational worker camps.
- Civil construction: residential buildings, schools, offices, social infrastructure facilities.
- Private houses: cottages and houses built to bespoke designs.
- Turnkey renovation: major renovation of flats, houses and offices.
- Technical supervision: independent control of quality, quantities and deadlines.
How we work
- Site visit, review of the initial data and the client's objectives.
- Design or adaptation of an existing design, preparation of the cost estimate.
- A contract with fixed stages, deadlines and payment terms.
- Mobilisation of crews and our own equipment: cranes, excavators, dump trucks, concrete pumps.
- Construction and installation works with stage-by-stage acceptance of concealed works.
- Commissioning of building services, as-built documentation and handover of the facility.
What the client gets
- A single general contractor responsible for the entire facility.
- Our own equipment fleet: we do not depend on rental companies, so there is no downtime because of them.
- Offices in Almaty, Astana and Taraz, and work in any region of Kazakhstan.
- A personal account on the website holding estimates, contracts and photo reports, with the status of works visible at any time.
- Contractual warranty obligations and a full set of as-built documentation.
Forms of cooperation
We take on a facility as a turnkey general contract or carry out individual stages: groundworks and foundations, the structural frame, roofing, utility networks or finishing. We can also complete a facility started by another contractor. In that case we first carry out a survey and record the actual condition of the structures. Payments are tied to stages, and each stage is closed with a certificate of completed works, so the client pays only for what has already been done and accepted.
