You build your own home only once, and mistakes at the start are costly. Techno-Module builds cottages and private houses to bespoke and standard designs in Almaty, Astana, Taraz and their suburbs. Private clients get the same process as our large projects: design, cost estimate, a staged contract, technical control and reporting.
What house construction includes
- Site geology and selection of the foundation type.
- House design: architecture, structural design, building services sections.
- Foundations, walls, floor slabs and roof in the materials of your choice: brick, aerated concrete blocks, cast-in-situ concrete, timber or steel frame.
- Windows, doors, insulation and facade finishing.
- Building services: heating, water supply, sewerage, electrics, ventilation.
- Shell or final finishing, as the client prefers.
- Landscaping, fences, canopies, paths.
Stages
- Meeting, site visit, discussion of your wishes and budget.
- Development or adaptation of the design and a detailed estimate.
- A contract with a fixed price for each stage and a schedule.
- Construction with stage-by-stage acceptance of works.
- Handover of the house with warranty obligations.

Site specifics
In the foothills around Almaty, slopes, collapsible soils and high seismicity are common. In Astana, severe frosts and deep ground freezing must be taken into account. That is why we never copy one design across all regions: we select the foundation, insulation and structural solution for each specific plot. This goes into the estimate from the start, so there are no expensive surprises during construction.
