Building in urban areas
Most civil facilities are built next to housing, roads and live utility networks. We plan the construction site layout, the operating hours of noisy machinery and the delivery routes for materials in advance. Neighbouring buildings are protected against settlement during excavation. We keep the site tidy so that construction disturbs residents as little as possible. For social facilities such as schools and kindergartens, we are especially rigorous about fire safety and accessibility requirements.
