We are inviting a cost estimator to prepare estimates for construction and renovation.
Responsibilities
- preparing local and project-level estimates based on designs and defect lists;
- reviewing estimates from subcontractors and suppliers;
- preparing commercial proposals together with the sales managers.
Requirements
- at least 2 years of experience as a cost estimator;
- confident use of the estimating software used in Kazakhstan;
- attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
