The production and technical department is the heart of any construction project: documents, schedules and quantity control.
Responsibilities
- preparing and checking as-built documentation;
- drawing up work schedules;
- calculating quantities and preparing certificates of completed work;
- liaising with the design organisation and the client’s technical supervision.
Requirements
- higher education in construction;
- at least 2 years of experience in a technical office (PTO);
- AutoCAD, MS Excel, knowledge of Kazakhstan building regulations.
